During my time at DeliveryHero I had the chance to grow exponentially within the UX field as well as also having the opportunity to dive into other roles outside of the UX realm—for example, becoming a Product Manager for their iOS apps. I started as the first UX Designer in the organisation and left as a UX Lead for their global team.
I led a design team composed by UX Designers and Researchers across Europe, MENA and APAC regions, set up best practices for UX and Research, built and aided implementing company-wide experiences for customers across the globe and supported setting up UX teams from the ground up across the full spectrum of DeliveryHero’s markets and brands.
Throughout my tenure I took the chance to upskill my leadership, research and influence supporting the business through its growth from a startup to a post IPO organisation, always keeping a customer focused lens.
